Amazon's most recent trend suggests a bullish bias. One trading opportunity on Amazon is a Bull Put Spread using a strike $302.50 short put and a strike $297.50 long put offers a potential 36.99% return on risk over the next 19 calendar days. Maximum profit would be generated if the Bull Put Spread were to expire worthless, which would occur if the stock were above $302.50 by expiration. The full premium credit of $1.35 would be kept by the premium seller. The risk of $3.65 would be incurred if the stock dropped below the $297.50 long put strike price.
The 5-day moving average is moving up which suggests that the short-term momentum for Amazon is bullish and the probability of a rise in share price is higher if the stock starts trending.
The 20-day moving average is moving up which suggests that the medium-term momentum for Amazon is bullish.
The RSI indicator is at 48.1 level which suggests that the stock is neither overbought nor oversold at this time.

Men make up 63% of Amazon global staff

AAP – For the first time, Amazon.com has released data on workplace diversity, something critics such as the Reverend Jesse Jackson long sought, showing that 37 per cent of the company's global workforce is female and its US staff is 40 per cent non-white. Amazon's data, though, cover its entire workforce, including the tens of thousands of employees at the company's warehouses. Those warehouses are largely staffed by relatively lower-wage workers who are likely more diverse than the tech workers at Amazon's Seattle headquarters. Amazon posted the diversity data on its website but made no official announcement about it.
