May 27 2018 - Bulls Have Edge, Watch FL & ROKU

The Russell 2000 remains the strongest of the 4 major indexes, sitting near new all-time highs. QQQ's are in second place right now, followed by SPY and DIA. $VIX is sub-14 and this all adds up currently to a bullish technical picture for the markets.

Foot Locker (FL) jumped 20.16% on huge volume Friday. Upside technical targets are still another 20%+ higher. Roku (ROKU) broke out on Friday and its technical upside target is also 20%+ higher.
