Jul 29 2018 - Russell 2000 Topping, Nasdaq Looking Heavy

The Russell 2000 ETF (IWM) rolled over on Friday and as a result, the small cap ETF is now below its 50-day SMA (institutional simple moving average). This is also the second bearish engulfing candlestick pattern in a week. Volume was well above average. This is definitely a 'yellow flag' for the stock market heading into this week.
