Oct 31 2018 - Bulls Get Spooked at Day's End...

The bulls were doing just fine until the final 40 minutes of the trading session, where the S&P gave back almost half of the day's gains. SPY is now above its short-term 5-day EMA so the bulls have the edge (looking out 5 trading days). But, the real test is still above where the 20-day EMA & 200-day SMA both sit near the $275 level. A close above $275 would turn the daily charts more bullish.
