Banks stocks like Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and even the banking ETF, XLF did very well today, which pushed the overall markets higher. SPY & DIA were both rejected at their respective 50-day SMAs. So they'll have to wait at least one more day before they can join the QQQ's in 'breakout territory'.
