Aug 13 2019 - Potential Tariff Delay Sends Stocks Jumping

Stocks started off flat upon the opening bell but then word of a potential delay in tariffs sent the bulls off and running. Despite today's rally, SPY or DIA did not close above their 20-day EMAs or 50-day SMAs. Bears still have the edge on the daily chars.
