Aug 14 2019 - Stocks Sell Off Hard Again

Despite yesterday's rally, I said to keep an eye on the 50-day SMA (institutional moving average). The bulls could not close above it on Tuesday despite the impressive rally. The result? The selling continued with the major index ETFs finishing at the lows of the day. Worse yet for the bulls... even after today's big sell off... the daily charts are NOT oversold yet. Bears are in the driver's seat right now.
