Nov 3 2019 - SPY, QQQ Break Out To New All Time Highs

SPY & QQQ both jumped to fresh new all-highs on Friday. The Dow ETF (DIA) is only pennies away from joining the club. The bulls are in charge of the technical chart heading into November.
